3D Deep features for COVID-19 screening in CT-scans

-The COVID19 pandemic has caused more than 5.7 million deaths as of February 2022. With COVID-19, people could become seriously ill or die at any age. The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the disease and how the virus spreads. Like predictive modeling, detecting COVID-19 positive cases (using multiple image modalities such as Computed Tomography (CT) scans and Chest X-rays (CXRs)) is the need as they provide consistent COVID-19 clinical manifestations. Considering right data use, without AI-guided tools, technological advances in biomedical and healthcare informatics may not be possible. The primary goal of the research is to study deep learning models to detect Covid-19 using CT scans. The primary research question is whether deep learning models are useful tools for mass screening
